Max Armstrong shares insight from a recent Purdue survey offering an interesting look at food access by consumers. The survey conducted by Jason Lusk, professor of ag economics, Purdue, who says consumers influence the direction of food and agriculture system. The survey shows that one-third of consumers are waiting for their next paycheck to buy food, and 16% share they are food insecure. Max shares why the survey was conducted.
